The Company

My client is a provider of  communication systems to businesses throughout the North West of the UK. Based in a modern office with an internal gym and restaurant facilities, you will have everything you need under the one roof.

The role

You will be contacting self-generated and previous enquirers, along with existing customers, in order to book appointments for a Business Development Manager to visit and pitch my client’s products and services. You’ll have heard it may times before but this is a genuine exciting opportunity in the sense that you will be kick starting the client’s telesales department off as they have relocated into new offices.

My client is initially looking for 2 members of staff to join immediately, with plans to extend the team to 8 by mid-summer 2018. After your first 6 months of successful telesales, you will be promoted to the position of an Account Manager, taking care of existing clients and visiting them externally.

Being the first in the team, this will leave you to many unique opportunities for progression, such as a Business Development Manager, or Team Leader.

**Excellent Commission Structure**

You will be generously rewarded for all your achievements and success along the way. Whilst being paid for your personal target, you will ALSO be eligible for 20% of EACH done deal booked through yourself. With my clients sales averaging between £800-£1000, you could really earn yourself some solid money.

The Candidate

You will;

• Have a proven track record of working in a telesales environment. Whether 360, or lead generation
• Be committed to growing the business, ensuring each call is dealt with to the absolute best of your ability and increasing sales opportunities.
• Working a sales role within the telecoms industry is preferred
• Be self-driven, motivated, and keen to progress
