The Company

A successful FCA regulated and authorised financial services company, who are experiencing rapid growth due to increasing success. My client are a broker and they provide solutions to the public who are looking for competitive Life insurance quotations.  

The Role

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating interest in my client’s products and services through calling an existing data set. Once you have generated interest, you will then pass them through to a Life Insurance Advisor who will close the deal.

You will also;

• Handle outbound calls relating to a range of insurance products by building effective relationships with customers, to secure quotations for the new business sales teams.
• To meet and exceed individual targets & KPI’s.
• To identify potential customers through prospecting and data collection calls.
• To be aware of and comply with the rules and requirements of FCA, DPA and other legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring calls meet compliance standards.

The Candidate

• Have at least 1 year of experience working in a Life or Health insurance role
• Be target oriented and sales focused
• Be resilient, consultative and informative
• Be able to retain information around products and services offered, ensuring you represent the company to the highest of standards

This is a great opportunity to be introduced to a high earning potential. On top of a generous OTE, you will also have early finishes on Fridays and regular incentives and bonuses.
