Sales Support Executive £25000

My client is a long established Managed Services Provider  based in Stockport and is looking to grow their Sales and Account Management team with the addition of a Sales Support Executive.

Working within the Sales team, you will:

• work closely with the Key Account Managers and the Sales Director to qualify leads, appointments and build pipeline.
• Initially focus on maintaining the current customer base and meeting their needs,
• Secure client spend
• Engage in new opportunities to upsell portfolio of services and solutions.

The role gives you a great opportunity to progress quickly and given that this is a small team, you can create your own progression path 

• Assist the Key Account Managers and Sales Director with their quotes and administration.
• Handle enquiries and queries from customers and partners and produce quotes as required.
• Administer accounts and provide reporting information as required
• Identify opportunities within customer base to upsell products and solutions.
• Work with key vendors and partners to develop opportunities and relationships.
• Develop and maintain portfolio product knowledge.
• Working alongside the Sales Director, being aware of the Businesses Marketing Plan.
• Researching industry trends.
• Assist in marketing campaigns.
