A fantastic restaurant offering the highest levels of quality and hospitality is looking for a General Manager to assist with the day to day running of the restaurant and directly oversee all restaurant operations.

Ensuring the smooth operation of front and back of house, in the kitchen and bar areas, you will maintain the highest standards and be a mentor to your team..

With the ability to 

• Budget
• Create and update management information,
• Manage cash flow
• Manage rotas, stock levels and supplies,
• Staff recruitment, training and retention.

You will have a major input into the growth of the restaurant, through marketing and creating, implementing, and maintaining procedures and strategies.

Leading from the front, and setting the example, it is expected that you will have:

• A passion for food, drink and high levels of customer service
• Experience in managing a quality food service
• The ability to manage staff in an often busy environment
• the ambition to be part of something new and innovative
