About the Job

We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and hard-working Resourcer to join an established and well-motivated team from our office in central Stockport. Working in a targeted and deadline-driven role, you will be 100% candidate-facing with responsibility for sourcing and identifying relevant applicants for niche vacancies across the UK, producing 2-3 targeted shortlists per day. You will work independently to manage your own activities, focusing on building your network of contacts and relationships with specialist candidates. You will be trained in targeted resourcing techniques and have access to the latest applicant-tracking technology to support you in meeting KPIs and financial targets.

Key duties of the role will include: 

• Sourcing of candidates through job boards, advertisement, referrals, personal network, social media and internal databases 
• Preparing and facilitating ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment campaigns that ensures that sufficient numbers of candidates are maintained to meet service level agreements? 
• Interviewing, screening and registering candidates either in person, by phone or online.? 
• Undertaking client interview briefings and providing support during the interview process? 
• Supporting candidates during the offer process up to start date with the client

• At least 6 months’ experience in a resourcing or recruitment consultant role.
