We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our established and successful team.

Job Description

Working in a self-managed 360-degree consultant role, your duties will include:

• Undertaking a range of sales, business development, marketing and networking activities
• Developing an in-depth understanding of client needs and providing a high level of consultation
• Building and maintaining relationships and client accounts in accordance with SLAs
• Managing a candidate portfolio and coordinating end-to-end recruitment campaigns
• Establishing and growing a consistent pipeline based on exceptional service delivery
• Ensuring compliance with company processes, industry regulations and legislation
• Contributing to the success of the company and advocating our brand values

Person Specification

Suitable candidates will need to demonstrate:

• Ideally 2 years’+ experience in a target-driven environment
• Track record of performance in a solution-focused, consultative B2B sales or recruitment role
• Corporate, professional, honest and ethical sales technique
• Commitment to high standards of client care and service delivery
• Positive, enthusiastic and motivated personality
