Project Administrator, Stockport, 25,000

My Stockport based client is an extremely creative company that is going through a period of  sustained growth.

They are looking for a skilled Administrator to join their thriving team in a role that offers an interesting  mix of Project and Sales Admin. 

Salary between £22 and £25k.

• You will be the first point of contact for customers.
• Providing customers with quotes/estimates for various projects
• Liaising with the production department to ensure that lead times can be met
• Briefing the design team
• Processing sales orders with high accuracy
• Keeping customers engaged in the process ensuring they are updated and informed
• Liaising with the technical /Design support teams
• Working on internal system recording all sales estimates and activities
• Providing reports to from the internal system
• Building and maintaining good relationships with customers
• Actively works with linked-In and other social media platforms
• Overseeing own administration daily, weekly and monthly on internal systems
• Managing filing and record keeping
