Energy Assessor – NDEA Level 4 or 5
We are looking for Non-Domestic Energy surveyors to carry out Energy surveys across commercial sites such as retail banks and offices. Programme runs until the end of December, so approx. 3 months’ worth of work.
Roles Required
Midlands to South East (Sites mainly south of Birmingham across to Cambridge)
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience of delivering non-domestic energy assessments.
Qualified NEDA (Non-Domestic Energy Assessor) to minimum of level 4.
Experience with SAP and SBEM calculations.
Experience in M&E building services.
Experience in BMS and controls strategies.
Full driving licence.
