One of the UK's top Digital Agencies is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead their bright and creative and  marketing team 

The Role

  • Management of innovative marketing campaigns
  • Develop the sales and marketing strategy, to help promote brand identity, grow its outreach, and create potential new business opportunities.
  • With a team of brilliant in-house designers to help you create visually stunning media for your marketing materials, you will be self-motivated, passionate, and keen to grow and deliver a significant contribution to the team.
  • End-to-end campaign management across all digital channels,
  • Ownership of  public marketing channels including main website, microsites, and social media platforms,
  • Brand ambassadorship, creating a clear and actionable marketing strategy 
  • Leading on the delivery of networking and marketing events – including in-person conferences, webinars, and podcasts, 
  • Managing marketing relationships with key industry partners – including the execution of joint marketing activities,
  • Owning  CRM system,

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have:

  • 3 years + experience in hands on Digital Marketing utilising a wide range of skills across the marketing mix (e.g. PPC, social media, SEO, email marketing, copy writing), 
  • Experience in B2B campaign creation, execution, delivery, delivery, and reporting,
  • Data interpretation and utilisation to inform strategy,
  • Excellent communication and project management skills,
  • Ability to adapt to a high-pressure, reactive working environment,
  • Self-motivated & delivery focused.

 Monday-Friday. Core hours between 10.00am – 4.00pm.

Salary: Competitive & negotiable based on experience.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week Manchester City Centre office based.

Holiday: 25 days per annum, plus public holidays, and your birthday

Pension: Entry to company pension scheme after three months’ employment; 

Training & CPD: Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training program with allocated training time (at least 5 days per annum) and budget.

Performance & Pay Reviews: Annual pay and performance reviews.
