Your day-to-day responsibilities will include liaising with potential conference buyers, verifying data, crafting professional emails, making outbound calls, and supporting client relationship activities. - Fluent in Italian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or research roles is preferred.

- Proficiency in MS 365; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

- Educational background in Business, Tourism, Modern Languages, or related subjects is desirable but not essential.
