Graduate Sales Associate, Manchester, up to £25k base plus bonus.

My client is a rapidly expanding, forward thinking Technical specialist who are looking for a Graduate Sales Associate to assist them in their continuous success.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Working alongside the brilliant senior team to drive revenue growth
  • Attending key events an d networking opportunities to generate leads.
  • Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory
  • Work to generate new relationships and turn clients into well managed, repeat customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels
  • Work with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Understand and effectively communicate the company's values, products, services, processes and current partnerships for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends; analysing trends and results
  • Take an active role in presenting to, and communicating with the senior team on sales activities and results,
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to effectively promote the company’s services and products
  • Report on KPIs related to leads and opportunities, analyse pipeline and lead data, and deliver accurate periodic reporting to the Sales and Marketing teams providing key business insight

It  is expected that you will have:

  • The ability and drive to meet or exceed targets
  • Proficiency in analysing data, building reports and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
  • A keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
  • Genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to driving sales through creative sales and marketing ideas, events and face to face 
  • The skill to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Ability to position products against competitors
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills 
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Presentation Skills 
  • Sales Prospecting Skills
  • Independence and Self-Motivation
  • Full Clean UK Driving License
