In this vital role, you will work closely with a dedicated client account team to support research, lead generation, and relationship-building activities that drive business growth for destination marketing organisations and venues. Your tasks will include prospecting potential clients via outbound calls and emails, verifying data accuracy in CRM systems, engaging with business partners, and supporting the organisation of client-focused events. You’ll need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing pipelines and maintaining client relationships to help meet KPIs and targets.
**Requirements include:**
- Fluent in French with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in sales, customer service, or account management (preferably in B2B or tourism sectors)
- Proficiency in MS 365 and CRM systems, with excellent data entry skills
- High level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
- A positive, customer-focused mindset and team-oriented approach
- Interest or background in business tourism, conferences, or destination marketing is a plus
- Relevant qualifications or interest in fields such as Economics, Business, Modern Languages, or Tourism
