The Job

We’re looking for Customer Service Executives to join a newly established legal practice, to take on the responsibility of generating new legal claims against lenders, brokers, and insurance underwriters.  Working alongside a team of Paralegals, you’ll be responsible for:

• Answering all calls in line with quality and accuracy targets
• Keeping clients up-to-date on the progress of their claims
• Maintaining client and creditor relationships
• Dealing with customers who have been miss-sold pension investments
• To work the post received accordingly from any lenders and action claims

The Company

Our client is a newly-established and reputable legal practice in the Daresbury area that’s well known for making banks and lenders accountable for charging unfair commission on loans and insurance policies. Offering their staff excellent training and tools, they believe in making sure customer receive the compensation they deserve.

The Person

We need someone with experience in financial claims management, who can offer professionalism, a good standard of education, and experience of working in an office environment. You’ll also need:

• Previous experience working in a call centre environment
• Effective time management
• Excellent communication skills; patience, resilience, and articulacy

The Rewards

The company is offering a salary of £19,000, together with a competitive commission structure that allows you to earn £27,000 OTE uncapped. By joining their team, you’ll also benefit from:
