Your main responsibility will be to ensure that every customer interaction reflects the company's commitment to excellence, providing professional support, resolving queries efficiently, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You will play a key part in helping to drive positive experiences across the customer journey, working closely with internal teams to deliver smooth and memorable service experiences.
- Experience as an Account Manager or within a customer service environment, ideally within finance or related sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional yet friendly manner
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively and prioritise tasks accordingly
- Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer needs
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
