My client has an exciting opportunity  to join their branch network as a Branch Manager based in the Stockport Area.

Working with the Area Manager and network colleagues, you will be responsible for leading a branch team in delivering a high-quality customer experience to uphold brand values and reputation as well as leading a team to promote products and services to your customer base and also within your local community, interacting with businesses and charities for further opportunities.

To be successful in this role :

  • You will have knowledge of UK financial services and a proven track record delivering high standards and experience of sales targets.
  • You will enjoy engaging with people and work well in a team, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • You will be focused on achieving agreed objectives and be flexible and adaptable to change.
  • You can implement and maintain continuous branch activities to achieve all branch targets that also incorporate the wider community.
  • Passionate about high quality customer experience and be highly empathetic with your people and your customers.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have strong leadership and people skills.
  • Be a highly effective communicator.  
  • Share the values and culture of the Society.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and determination to always deliver “best-in-class”.
  • Efficiently manage multiple responsibilities to support targets and brand values.
  • Possess knowledge and experience of the regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services.
  • Strong sales experience - Financial Service / Retail
