.IT Support - Bolton 31000

My client is well known in the area and is looking for a capable ICT Support specialist to join their busy team.

• Provide support for all hardware and software to all areas of the business

• Document core systems and infrastructure

• Develop Infrastructure, including physical and virtual systems

• Maintain and develop all network technologies

• Undertake escalated helpdesk calls

• Proactively monitor the ICT infrastructure

• Maintain full working backups of all system, servers and data.

• Maintain the disaster recovery system including a full disaster recovery operational procedure

• Ensure the security and integrity of  hardware, systems and data

It is expected you will have exposure to

• Windows Microsoft Windows Server  2019
• Microsoft Exchange
• Microsoft SQL 2019
• Microsoft Windows 7/10
• Microsoft Office 365
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, RDS
• VMWare 
• A variety of system, comms and hardware support
